Trace Academia sought to source and onboard a cohort of 10 mid-senior freelance content creators to join their content development team and assist with writing and developing course content for Trace Academia’s online learning platform. Credipple, in collaboration with Trace Academia, designed a challenge to help Trace Academia identify, recruit, and build a team of 10 course content creators to join TA’s team and support them with content development services aligned with their fluctuating talent needs. A total of 15 applicants were selected to participate in a one-week challenge designed specifically for Trace Academia’s business needs. The top 7 winning candidates from the challenge were onboarded by the Trace team as a dedicated cohort of freelancers providing course content development and writing services for a duration of six months.
